A case study of best practices for setting up and executing a successful Clinical Endpoint Committee program

The presentation will be led by Alison Occhiuti, Project Manager at WorldCare Clinical. Based on real-world experience working on a global EAC program involving multiple CECs, the presentation will explore various models for establishing and executing a successful endpoint adjudication program, as well as the lessons learned that ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
